These Terms of Service govern use of the CapLink, LLC ("CapLink") website and related website communications. They do not replace or amend any separate financing, purchase, or other written agreement entered into with CapLink.
1. Website and Services
CapLink provides information about commercial cash-flow support programs for eligible businesses. Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer of financing or a commitment to provide any particular program structure or outcome.
2. Eligibility and Approval
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval, funding, or specific cash-flow results. Any program is subject to review, eligibility, underwriting, documentation, and a separately executed agreement. CapLink's program does not, by itself, reduce or renegotiate payments owed to existing funding providers.
3. Information You Submit
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit on behalf of the relevant business. Do not submit information belonging to another person or business without authorization.
4. SMS Communications
By agreeing to receive SMS communications from CapLink Funding, you agree to receive customer care messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply "HELP" or email us at Privacy@CapLinkFunding.com. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining services. We use the telephone number you provide for the types of messages you authorize. Opting out of SMS does not prevent necessary communications through other permitted channels.

By contacting CapLink, you authorize us to respond to your inquiry using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. Any consent to receive marketing communications will be obtained separately when required.
